About The Position

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to join their team. The core mission is to help people sleep well so they live well, emphasizing that the right mattress and career matter. Sleep Experts are crucial in assisting customers to find their ideal mattress and achieve better sleep by providing an exceptional in-store experience. This role is not a typical retail job, offering uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. The Sleep Expert will elevate the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. They will execute Mattress Firm's selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience, always keeping the customer at the center. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
