About The Position

As a Sleep Expert, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers to build their perfect sleep sanctuary, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they are always at the center of your focus. You will provide technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as a subject matter expert on our sleep products. Your individual sales performance will be key, as you will drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while demonstrating our company values and supporting various initiatives. Maintaining customer relationships during and after the purchase is vital, as you will resolve customer issues and send delivery reminders to enhance their experience. Additionally, you will need to stay informed about the competition, including their advertisements and services, to effectively position Mattress Firm in the market. Leveraging social media will also be part of your responsibilities, as you work to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
