Sleep Care Coach - Remote (CST)
About The Position
Integrated Sleep Care, a MedBridge Healthcare Company , is expanding our remote operations team and is seeking a Sleep Care Coach to support patients undergoing CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Counseling, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and remote technology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Nice To Haves
- CPAP or sleep medicine experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual not required, but a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy
- Review daily patient activity in the Sanusom Portal (reporting only, no clinical interpretation)
- Initiate outbound calls to patients and caregivers who need follow-up
- Answer inbound patient and caregiver calls regarding care and therapy support
- Encourage CPAP adherence through motivation, education, and accountability
- Coordinate with DME providers and physician offices for non-clinical support needs
- Document all patient interactions in electronic medical records and portals
- Assist patients with scheduling or adjusting appointments as needed
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers
- Remain available and online during scheduled work hours
