The Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Technical Program Manager role is focused on overseeing planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects. The position requires working directly with a Slalom Program Lead and involves managing the deployment of network infrastructure while collaborating with various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors. The role emphasizes quality assurance, producing reports, understanding client challenges, and developing effective solutions. The Technical Program Manager will also proactively identify risks and work independently while participating as a team member. The position requires travel to client locations outside of Colorado and meeting client onsite requirements.

  • Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects
  • Manage the deployment of network infrastructure
  • Work across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors
  • Ensure quality assurance of delivered product
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports
  • Understand the client's business challenges to help craft effective solutions
  • Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance
  • Work on projects independently and participate as a team member
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical teams
  • Develop relationships and build trust
  • Travel 2-3 times per month to client locations outside of Colorado
  • Meet client onsite requirements (reporting to client site up to 5 days per week)
  • 4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects
  • Physical infrastructure experience
  • Experience working with construction teams
  • Ability to go onsite to local office several times per week
  • The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Program Manager
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Classic program/project management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships
