About The Position
Skyline Chili is excited to announce the grand opening of our new location in Winter Garden, Florida, and we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Team Members. At Skyline Chili, we pride ourselves on delivering an uplifting and unique dining experience to our guests, centered around our famous Cheese Coneys and 3-Ways, made from a secret family recipe that has been cherished for generations. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a friendly, outgoing, and fun environment. Team Members are expected to provide Skyline Time service, which emphasizes a wholesome, clean, and safe dining experience. While each Team Member will have a primary role, either in service or production, flexibility is key, as you may be asked to assist in various duties across the restaurant. Cross-training in different positions is encouraged to enhance teamwork and efficiency. As a Server, your responsibilities will include providing dining room and counter service, communicating food orders to the Production Team, processing guest orders, preparing and delivering beverages and food, and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable for all guests. In the Production role, you will be responsible for preparing food orders quickly and according to standard recipes, communicating with other team members to expedite orders, and maintaining quality while minimizing waste. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $15.00.
