Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including design engineering and systems engineering, build team, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance
- Experience with Composite Fabrication including layup, bonding, and machining
- Experience with engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.
- Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application
- Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years - required to apply and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access prior to start.

- STEM Degree with 2 years+ work experience
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery
- Must have demonstrated effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully work with other team members including Operations, Production Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Planning and Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.
- Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success.
- Experience working with suppliers in an aircraft modification and manufacturing environment
