We are seeking a passionate Skincare Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving product growth within existing accounts and securing new business opportunities. Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in B2B skincare sales, with experience selling to medical practices, clinics, or medical spas.
  • Proven Sales Success: Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and engage in cold calling to expand the client base.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision -makers within medical practices, clinics, and medical spas.
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, assess opportunities, and create accurate territory forecasts.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest skincare products, market trends, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to track client interactions, progress, and opportunities.

Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
  • Earnings Potential: Year 1 total compensation at plan $180,000 – $200,000+ with uncapped commissions.
