As a Skin Therapist at Dermalogica, you will be an integral part of our team, building lasting relationships with customers and striving to meet overall store goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to provide clients with a full range of personalized skincare solutions and services, including Face Mapping consultations, personalized skin care treatments, and home-care solutions.

Requirements

California Esthetician License required
Minimum of two plus (2+) years of experience working in a sophisticated retail environment required
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and point-of-sale system
Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), opening and closing shifts required
Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the store: 1022 Montana Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90403

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and professional experience with Dermalogica products and concepts are highly desired
Previous experience in a treatment room preferred

Responsibilities

Educate and inspire customers to learn more about their personal skincare needs and the unique benefits of Dermalogica products
Conduct Face Mapping analysis and provide personalized skin care treatments
Maintain and increase knowledge of Dermalogica's product line and treatments by attending training sessions
Achieve monthly and yearly Retail and Service productivity expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
