About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate licensed Skin Specialist or licensed Cosmetologist to join our team as an Esthetics Instructor. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities at our New York State Licensed and NACCAS accredited Trade School, which has been in business for over 50 years. The Esthetics Instructor will play a crucial role in educating students and making a difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Valid NY State Esthetics or Cosmetology License.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Esthetician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a bonus.
• Previous teaching experience (not required as training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Teach various esthetics techniques including facials, microdermabrasion, and peels.
• Demonstrate technical concepts with 100% accuracy.
• Provide a creative and engaging learning environment for students.
• Assist in planning and organizing course materials and schedules.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
