Responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from open to close. Expected to elevate company standards, be well educated on physician-grade skincare, achieve sales goals, provide extraordinary customer service and meet client’s expectations.   • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

  • Assist in managing schedule for retail staff
  • Train part-time retail staff on new policies/procedures
  • Review unapplied credits
  • Close out at end of the day/Close shop PM
  • Physically receive inventory
  • Check barcodes when orders come in
  • Organize and keep shelves clean
  • Keep other staff trained on products
  • Schedule patients for events
  • Input silent auction gift cards for donations
  • Makeup application
  • Help keep clean work area
  • Wash makeup brushes weekly
  • Assist with planning events
  • Assist with social media updates
  • Assist manager with ordering as needed
  • Help bring on new items to office that will increase revenue
  • Attend monthly inventory counts
  • Promote all aspects of the practice
  • Assist Cosmetic Manager with miscellaneous projects, as needed
  • Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • High school education or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Proven working experience as sales associate
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quote
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Disciplined to work in accordance with accepted standards
  • Organized and able to manage priorities
  • Resourceful in problem solving
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take and follow through with tasks
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, coworkers, and physicians

  • Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in a medical practice is preferred
