About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at the Skin And Body Klinic at our new location in Mt. Laurel. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skin care services to clients in a relaxing and professional environment. You will perform various skin treatments, offer personalized skin care advice, and ensure clients feel comfortable and rejuvenated. A key part of this role is maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician with current certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Esthetician in a medical spa or similar environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of advanced skincare techniques, treatments, and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with laser treatments, microneedling, and chemical peels (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and laser hair removal.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess clients' skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Educate clients on skin care maintenance, including at-home care and product recommendations.
• Administer medical-grade skin treatments, such as microneedling and advanced facial therapies, under the guidance of licensed medical professionals, if applicable.
• Maintain and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming client experience by providing excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, to track results and ensure continuity of care.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the skincare industry.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and spa protocols.
• Assist with spa promotions and contribute to a positive spa atmosphere.
