Key Responsibilities: Conducts one on one sessions with children ages 2-22 to implement program goals Utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Completes all data collection, daily logs and graphing requirements Adheres to schedule for all sessions. Maints confidentiality Conducts positive, solution based therapy Communicates child behavior issues Ensures own safety and safety of child and contacts director when in crisis situation Attends team meetings as scheduled Produces reports as needed. Complies with all policies and procedures. Brings problems to the attention of the program director Utilizes ABA therapy techniques. Must be professional at all times. Working Conditions: Physical activities include but not limited to: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, etc. Exerting in excess of 100 lbs. of force occasionally. Subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. The worker is subject to hazards such as moving parts, moving vehicles, etc Qualifications
