Work Location/Program Overview: Deliver 1:1 supports with significant consideration to sensory sensitivities Facilitate productive play activities to teach and reinforce skills development Teaching and supporting individuals both in the home and in the community with ADLs and IADLs (examples include but are not limited to: transportation, using technology, money management, hygiene tasks, and laundry) Serve as an advocate for individuals and families at various community levels Support individuals and families to participate in social and recreational activities that encourage networking, formation of natural supports and peer support. Coordinate and work collaboratively with other service providers and family as needed to implement treatment planning objectives Job must be conducted at all times in a way that respects the rights, privacy and the dignity of the client and adheres to all contractual regulations.
