About The Position

Stuart Contractors is a leading civil site construction company specializing in excavation, underground utilities, grading, and infrastructure development. We take pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule. We are seeking a Skilled Utility Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands on experience in underground utility installation and general site work. You will work alongside operators and foreman to complete water, sewer, and storm drain projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Civil Site Construction or underground utility work
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safety
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems
• Perform trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site cleanup
• Operate and maintain small hand tools and power tools safely
• Support Equipment Operators and Foreman as needed
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures on site
