The primary responsibilities of the Skilled Trades Technician are: Provide support to Facilities Services team through competent completion of daily work assignments. These assignments will include Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems related maintenance tasks. Work as liaison for after-business-hours communication between Campus personnel and Maintenance Supervision team. Accomplish additional scheduled maintenance tasks including but not limited to swimming pool maintenance, periodic equipment testing, and event set-ups. This position may be required to work overtime as directed by supervision.
