About The Position

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is looking for motivated individuals to join our team at our Rockledge, FL corporate headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing staffing company where your work directly helps skilled tradespeople find careers nationwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at the Rockledge headquarters. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals nationwide to meet client needs. This position is in office and fast-paced — you'll collaborate with teammates, meet client deadlines, and help staff projects that directly impact industries across the country.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• Knowledge of employment and labor practices is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Support company initiatives such as employee recognition, events, and team culture
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
