This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire process from business development to placement, running your desk and building your book of business.

Requirements

• 2+ years full desk recruiting experience
• Strong business development skills
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and clients

• Experience with skilled trades or construction is a big plus

• Build new client relationships and win business

• Manage the full lifecycle from intake to offer
