About The Position
The Pink Rose Mentorship Program is designed for individuals who have a base level of experience in remodeling and are eager to develop a career as skilled trades experts. This unique opportunity allows participants to receive hands-on, one-on-one training from seasoned professionals in the field. Unlike traditional schooling, where students pay to learn, this program pays you to train, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their skills without incurring debt. Upon successful completion of the mentorship, graduates will have the chance to become Service Experts, with earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually. The top earner in 2023 made an impressive $93,378, showcasing the lucrative opportunities available within the skilled trades sector. The program focuses on residential home improvement, covering a variety of skilled trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile work, roofing repairs, siding repairs, and handyman projects. Participants will gain practical experience in these areas, ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful career in the trades. The mentorship is structured to provide a supportive learning environment where individuals can thrive and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced Service Experts.
