About The Position

The Pink Rose Mentorship Program is designed for individuals with basic experience in remodeling who aspire to build a career as skilled trades experts. Participants will receive hands-on, one-on-one training from experienced Service Experts in various skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and more. Graduates of the program can expect to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, with the potential for significant earnings based on performance.

Requirements

• Some basic background or experience with remodeling or skilled trades work.
• Valid and clean NYS driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school graduate or have GED.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in various skilled trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, painting, and more.
• Participate in small, one-person jobs focused on residential home improvement.
• Work closely with experienced Service Experts to develop skills in the trades.
