Repair down machines and other machine maintenance as necessary
Kaizen activities to prevent reoccurrence of machine breakdowns
Assist with Quality Circle activities within the maintenance teams
Assist production when required

High School Diploma or GED
Journeyperson card or five (5) years documented related experience in the trade
Industrial background with knowledge of PLC's
Understands and able to modify ladder logic for trouble shooting and Kaizen
CNC experience
Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits
Robotics experience
Mechanical abilities

Formal training at a recognized trade school
College or machine/equipment maker
Experience in all areas of machine maintenance
Willingness to do both electrical and mechanical work
Team player who will help team achieve their goals
