About The Position

The University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College is seeking a Skilled Trades Helper to assist skilled tradesmen in various areas of the campus's physical facilities. This role involves supporting tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. The Skilled Trades Helper will participate in training and demonstrate a willingness to learn a craft. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is essential, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

• The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working and/or assisting an Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, or Mechanic.
