About The Position
The Service Line Coach will deliver hands-on coaching to Developers, Franchisees, and occasionally Staff Members to support our Skilled Trades initiatives, drive performance on the desk, and produce an ROI along with achievement of diversification and service line growth goals. The Skilled Trades Service Line Coach will implement and run the Skilled Trades Fast Track programs, ensuring consistency of delivery across all Zones and Regions. They will coach to activity levels as outlined in the Express Power Plays and the Fast Track Programs, working closely with the Skilled Trades Service Line Director to align with company and service line objectives and methodology. Additionally, the coach will support the implementation and execution of Service Line team initiatives that will encourage achievement of our goal to achieve a 50% success rate. Monthly training calls will be hosted to align with Skilled Trades trends, seasonal business needs, recruiting opportunities, or other field needs. The coach will conduct virtual coaching and training sessions with Developers, Franchisees, and Staff Members regularly, reinforcing training to ensure execution of the sales, service, and recruiting techniques required to grow in the Skilled Trades Service Line. They will also coach and influence others, reinforce and augment training, assist with the delivery of training via virtual or live platforms, and actively participate in communication and reinforcement efforts to share best practices and create community across the organization.
