Dispatch is the heartbeat of our operation, driving efficiency, revenue, and the overall customer experience. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strong Dispatch Manager to lead from the front and build a team that performs at a high level every single day. This is not your typical dispatch role—this is a leadership position where you will directly impact revenue, operations, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who understands dispatching for profit, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to coach a team to win. You’ll lead dispatch operations across multiple locations, ensuring the right technician is in the right place at the right time, while maximizing efficiency and performance. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bradenton, FL. This is NOT a remote role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of dispatch experience (multi-location or high-volume preferred)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing a team
  • ServiceTitan experience REQUIRED
  • Background in skilled trades (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical)
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of dispatching for efficiency and profitability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers
  • Own daily dispatch operations, optimizing technician scheduling, routing, and productivity
  • Drive revenue through strategic dispatching and capacity management
  • Partner with the call center to align demand, scheduling, and emergency service needs
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs:
  • On-time arrival rate
  • Cancellation rate
  • Technician utilization and average ticket
  • Train your team on how dispatch directly impacts revenue and customer experience
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast demand and support company growth
  • Ensure clear communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements
