About The Position

Hiring Skilled Trade Workers! Hopkins | Lacy, the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Division of Branch, is growing and looking for experienced, motivated trade professionals to join our team. We are hiring all levels of skilled commercial MEP workers who are ready to build, lead, and succeed in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. Open Positions We are actively hiring: Superintendents Foreman Plumbers Sheet Metal Mechanics Electricians Service Technicians

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial MEP experience for non-supervisory positions
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Dependable work ethic and team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience preferred for Foreman and Superintendent roles

Responsibilities

• Leading crews and managing jobsite productivity
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, and electrical systems
• Layout and coordination of commercial MEP systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues
• Ensuring work meets quality standards, code requirements, and project schedules
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
