About The Position

This position involves machine repairs and offers a top hourly base rate of $43.800, with the starting rate at $43.600. Pay increases to the top rate are available upon completion of three consecutive months of employment. The role requires a willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, including changing shifts, working more than 8 hours per day, and overtime, while maintaining good attendance. Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk unassisted.
• Ability to work at heights and overhead, including on ladders and platforms.
• Ability to manipulate tools typical of the trade.
• Ability to perceive differences in details and prints related to the trade.
• Ability to effectively maneuver about vehicles, equipment, assembly lines, or stations.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine repairs as required.
• Work on any assigned schedule and change shifts as needed.
• Maintain good attendance while working overtime and extended hours.
• Follow safety rules and procedures in a team environment.
• Treat co-workers with dignity and respect, regardless of personal differences.
• Understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Manipulate tools typical of the trade and perform tasks such as reaching, lifting, twisting, and bending.
