About The Position

We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician - Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Henderson, CO. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Ensure Safety: By promptly reporting hazards, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and complying with HSE standards, you’ll help maintain a safe working environment and promote interdependence among colleagues. • Promote Health Standards: Your adherence to HSE policies and active participation in training will contribute to a healthier and safer workplace. • Enhance Quality: Applying high standards of workmanship, performing quality inspections, and supporting equipment failure analysis will help maintain equipment uptime and minimize cost and quality exposures. • Improve Efficiency: By selecting and using appropriate tools and machinery, and performing preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient production processes. • Support Teamwork: Effective communication with your team and support staff will foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Your role as a formal resource will help develop less experienced team members. • Adaptability: Your ability to quickly and effectively adapt to changes in the manufacturing environment will help meet production goals and address any unexpected challenges. • Problem Solving: Working with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes will contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Environmental Responsibility: Recognizing and minimizing the environmental impact of your work will contribute to the company’s sustainability efforts and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
