About The Position

We are currently hiring for Production Labor and Skilled Labor positions in the Primary Processing Department for the 1st Shift. These positions include a variety of manual or tool-assisted repetitive tasks, with knife work required in some roles.

Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must practice good personal hygiene.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements.
• Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual or tool-assisted repetitive tasks in various departments including Evisceration, Cutup, and Trim.
• Engage in harvest, deboning, and trimming activities.

Benefits

• Wage: $19.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour perfect weekly attendance bonus if qualified = $21.00 per hour.
