Medical, dental vision, 401k and many other benefits are available without a waiting period. Purpose: Works as part of a manufacturing line operating a variety of CNC machines. Produce parts in tolerance at the rate required by each operation.

Requirements

  • Machining degree from a college or technical school or any combination of education, training, or work-related experience.
  • Works with and follows work instructions, PCRs, basic rules of manufacturing, Chamberlain Environmental, ISO documentation, quality policy, and other work-related policies.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly operating multiple CNC machines while lifting, pulling, and pushing manufactured products at the established rate of production.
  • Regularly set up, install, replace, and remove tooling from the CNC machines.
  • Frequently reading and comprehending manufacturing instructions.
  • Measure all manufactured products accurately through lifting, pulling, pushing followed by applying proper techniques to hand measuring tools, template gages, flush pin gages and other product related measuring equipment.
  • Know basic addition, subtraction, and ability to do fractions.
  • May be required to operate the nosing press and all associated equipment, which will entail inspecting, lifting, pulling, and pushing manufactured products at the established rate of production.
  • Regularly set up, install, replace, and remove tooling.
  • May be required to setup, operate, and inspect manufactured product on a manual lathe.
  • Repeatedly lifting, tilting, loading, and unloading the product from the lathe.
  • Frequently reading and comprehending blueprints, PCRs, and other work-related documents.
