Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or dairy production.
Strong math and computer skills (SAP experience is a plus).
Have a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
Can multitask and follow instructions accurately.
Are detail-oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and clean each machine or process efficiently.
Maintain product quality and ensure proper packaging.
Set up packaging coders and validate product codes per specifications.
Identify and report out-of-spec product conditions following notification protocols.
Perform routine equipment adjustments using hand tools.
Safely operate a lift truck to move materials as needed.
Accurately complete production records and documentation.
Collaborate with other operators to ensure maximum line efficiency.
Perform changeovers, CIP, adjustments, and minor repairs as needed.
Maintain quality and efficiency while following all safety and GMP guidelines.
Perform housekeeping duties within established standards.
Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics, Company Values, and Workplace Climate Policy.
Work cooperatively in a team environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
