Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
- Ability to work consistent overnight shifts
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Tyler / East Texas area
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care settings
- Comfort working independently during overnight hours
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
