About The Position
LPN needed for skilled nursing facility Pay: $37/hr Shift: Days (12 hours) Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition Assist with wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state regulations), and other skilled procedures Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care instructions Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical within the last year
- PPD within the last year
- MMR shot records
- Hep B shot records (can be declined)
