About The Position
Personal Health Care is a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency founded in 1981, providing both non-medical and skilled nursing care to clients across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work one-on-one with our pediatric client in a school setting located in the Villanova, PA area. This position offers flexible scheduling with available shifts on weekdays and weekends, accommodating up to 40 hours of work per week. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with additional clients located in surrounding areas such as Phoenixville, Wynnwood, Collegeville, Skippack, West Conshohocken, and Schwenksville. As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the patient's needs for safety measures and implementing appropriate interventions. You will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to implement the Nursing Care Plan as outlined by the Primary Nurse. This includes administering prescribed medications and treatments, accurately observing and reporting any changes in the patient's physical or mental status, and maintaining thorough documentation of nursing observations, activities, and treatments. Communication with family members, office staff, and other health professionals is also a key aspect of this role.
