About The Position

We're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you'll lead members of the healthcare team to ensure excellence in nursing practice and the delivery of patient care. You'll take responsibility for patient care provided by assigned nursing staff and ensure that individualized care plans are created and followed. You'll help create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes the well-being of patients and their loved ones—often using your clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy, all within trusted care guidelines.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure to practice in California
  • 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year MDS completion preferred
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
  • BLS certification required and maintained
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months and maintained
  • Must take and pass an Arrhythmia Recognition class within 6 months of employment or show proof of competency
  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
  • Ability to provide RN leadership consistent with the policies, goals, and mission of RRH
  • Must have received an above-standard evaluation at RRH or previous employer within the past year
