Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix mortar, grout, and concrete as required.
• Assist in laying bricks, blocks, and stone with precision.
• Operate masonry tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and assist in enforcing safety guidelines on-site.
• Work closely with experienced masons to learn techniques and skills.
• Prepare materials and assist in masonry tasks as directed.
• Learn to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Practice proper use of masonry tools and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate progress in mastering masonry techniques over time.
