The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the routine upkeep of all facility areas inside and outside the building. These responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of all equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, etc. Responding to cleaning and general maintenance upkeep requests. The Skilled Maintenance Assistant will be asked to assess and fix HVAC boiler systems, possess additional plumbing, carpentry, and drywall skills, and may support the van driving functions as needed.
