Requirements

Proven experience as a Skilled Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality standards
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
