Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
Completion of a pre-employment drug “fitness for duty” screening.

Previous experience in construction or related fields.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction and demolition of structures as directed by supervisors.
Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to minimize hazards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas as needed.
Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
