About The Position
Rust is seeking a highly talented Skilled Laborer I, based out of Lewisville, TX. This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of the city. Rust Constructors Inc. is a full-service, merit-shop construction and maintenance company providing life-cycle services for the mining, power, industrial, infrastructure, and government markets. Our services include construction, construction management, construction consulting; testing, checkout, start-up; and plant services including total plant maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, production support and technical support. Responsibilities The Laborer is responsible to assist trades people and perform a wide range of construction site tasks. May be asked to lift, carry, and hold materials and supplies. Level Specific responsibilities: Under direct supervision performs routine duties that may include cleaning and preparation of construction site. May require the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard construction techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic construction specifications.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in a related craft
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.

Responsibilities
- Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, to fine grade specification using pick and shovel
- Act as a tool runner
- Cleans and sorts tools, equipment and materials
- Ground-man for rigging activities
