As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge. In addition, you will work in outdoor utility construction sites, transport heavy equipment to and from the job site each day, build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems, troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field, and learn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Safety is a part of your day to day.
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
• Ability to figure out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to work.
• Looking for long term projects.
• Enjoy getting hands dirty with the team.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Desire to learn the telecom construction trade to advance career (e.g., Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling).
• Want to make an impact with the local community and enjoy being home daily.
