About The Position
Work Indoor and/or outdoor year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment Operate industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers Hand sort and separate materials based on metal type Operate forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or skilled labor experience required
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Benefits
- $18.00 - $21.00 to start depending on experience, up to $2.00 raise at 90 days
- 40 hours of PTO after 90 days
- Medical insurance as low as $10 per week
- Monday through Friday with OT and Saturdays as needed
- 1st or 2nd shift available
