About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labor Worker to join our first-shift team. This role requires hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, painting, and general equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM Overtime may be required as needed Pay: Starting pay: $19.50 per hour
Requirements
- Welding certification required
- Experience with metal fabrication and industrial painting
- General mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic equipment repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Fabricate metal parts and components
- Paint finished products as required
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs of equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
