Responsibilities

• Cooling of cottage cheese curd and blending it with CO2, cheese dressing, fruit, and flavors according to plant SOPs and formulation.
• Perform the tear down, set up, hand wash, CIP, and sanitize of all equipment and circuits associated with the blending operation.
• Work in conjunction with the Cheese Room Operators and Filler Operators to ensure an efficient operation.
• Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
• Keep all work areas neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
• Stay until job is completed or relieved.
• Perform any other assignments given by Foreman or Supervisor in charge.
