About Ameren Services (B&CS) Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. Ameren Services includes a wide range of skill sets and roles, from finance and legal experts to digital and cyber specialists, plus those charged with ensuring environmental compliance and operational safety. Together, we help execute a strategy that enables Ameren to deliver superior long-term value to customers, shareholders and the environment. The goal of the Skilled Craft Education Program (SCEP) program is to prepare and pipeline students for full time employment into our entry level apprenticeships. The program includes job readiness skills, pre-employment testing tools, ambassador partnerships/demos and tours aligned to support curriculum development and the opportunity to compete for full time careers.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED by June 2026
- Must be a current Skilled Craft Education Program participant for the 2025-2026 academic year
