What You’ll Be Doing: Using various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. Measuring, marking, and arranging materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors. Cutting and shaping structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. Ensuring the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels, surveying equipment, or framing squares; corrects problems as needed. Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production/facility equipment. Maintaining and repairing all stages of the building, parking lot (mowing/snow removal), and equipment such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts, such as fuses and switches. Performing other related duties as assigned.
