About The Position

(RN) Nurse Managers will actively work with caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding and supporting the team to reach shared goals. In this role, you won’t be sitting in an office—you will actively partner with your team, providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and support while delivering high-quality, care to our residents. Location: Jamestowne Therapy - 1371 Main St, Hamilton 45013 Schedules: Full Time AM (6:30am - 7:00pm), 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation Pay: Starting at $37.00/hour, based on date of licensure. Requirements

  • Graduate of Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing.
  • RN licensure is preferred.
  • Must have current RN or LPN license to practice nursing in State of Ohio, hold current CPR card.
  • Familiar with infection control practices, OSHA guidelines relative to long term care, and Ohio Department of Health Regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in long term/geriatrics preferred.
