About The Position

Join Professional Services Group (PSG) - a trusted, community-based mental health organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through dynamic, culturally responsive programming. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in social work or a related human services field preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs
• Help clients build essential life skills, such as budgeting, job readiness, and social engagement
• Develop and implement individualized goals for personal growth
• Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support
• Respond to crises with professionalism and care
• Safely transport clients as needed
