We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. As an ISDE Worker , you will: Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs Help clients build essential life skills, such as budgeting, job readiness, and social engagement Develop and implement individualized goals for personal growth Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support Respond to crises with professionalism and care Safely transport clients as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

Experience in social work or a related human services field preferred
