About The Position

We are looking for individuals who are willing to make a difference in the lives of children and families. The nature of the work involves planning and providing a variety of activities that are designed to assist a child/youth and families in developing appropriate social/emotional skills necessary to maintain safety and promote success in the home, school, and community setting.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with one-year experience working with children and/or families in mental health, addiction, and/or foster care is preferred.
• Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance, and OMH Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
• Must possess a dependable vehicle, insurance, and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Pathways guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide activities for children/youth and families.
• Assist in developing social/emotional skills for children/youth.
• Promote safety and success in home, school, and community settings.

Benefits

• Starting wage of $19.20 per hour
