About The Position

KBR is seeking a SkillBridge Associate Engineering Technician to support the Preventive and Remedial Maintenance. The successful applicant's tasks include performing preventative maintenance on all equipment supported by KBR, providing remedial maintenance services on electrical/mechanical Eddy Current Inspection Systems (ECIS), diagnosing and fixing equipment errors and failures, performing function tests and analysis on various systems and sub-systems, and reading and following procedures and technical Orders (TO).

Requirements

• Relevant experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in Electronics, Mechanical, Test or Field, IT help desk support, and soldering with IPC certification is considered
• Ability to work and contribute to a team environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited instruction
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
