We put you first: Starting pay: $19 to $20 (Depending on experience) Schedule : 7am to 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) Boot and/or tool allowance Telemedicine, Group insurance Financial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Develop your talents By applying your expertise within our facility in Buffalo, as the Skid Steer Operator: Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns Safely load materials from storage areas using a skid steer Process, grade, and sort materials according to supervisor instructions Assist with manual loading of specialized materials as needed Direct incoming vehicle traffic and coordinate with plant operators Follow all safety procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Wear required PPE at all times (steel-toe boots, gloves, high-visibility vest) Operate equipment safely and avoid unsafe actions Follow lockout procedures during maintenance or cleaning Be aware of workplace hazards, including moving vehicles, equipment, and slippery surfaces There's nobody quite like you! Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of related experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid skid steer certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns
  • Safely load materials from storage areas using a skid steer
  • Process, grade, and sort materials according to supervisor instructions
  • Assist with manual loading of specialized materials as needed
  • Direct incoming vehicle traffic and coordinate with plant operators
  • Follow all safety procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned
